MuseumFormerly known as the Coo-Y-Yah Museum, which means "place of the huckleberries," the Mayes County Historical County Museum is housed in the Katy Railroad Depot. Artifacts and exhibits feature the Cherokee and Osage Indians, art and local history.
Parks
Our community enjoys an abundance of lush parks. Whitaker Park, located in the town center, provides a splash pad, tennis courts, a swimming pool, measured walking trail, fishing pond, sand volleyball and basketball courts, playgrounds and picnic pavilions. Centennial Park is also equipped with a measured walking trail, as well as fitness stations along the trail.

Art GalleryRabbit Studio Gallery - a working studio and gift shop of nationally acclaimed Native American Artists, Bill and Traci Rabbit. The Rabbit Gallery exhibits origional paintings and reproductions featuring imaginative Native American Imagery, nature scenes and portraits.
Fitness
The community's quality of life commitment is never more evident than at the Pryor Creek Recreation Center (PCRC). The community-funded Center includes an Olympic-sized swimming pool, state of the art exercise equipment, gymnasiums, walking track, child care center, and classrooms. Classes are offered include group fitness, aerobics, yoga, weight training and water aerobics.
